  1. Thank you all for the help, it was very informative! Cheers
  2. Since these are going to be semi-permanent, gonna be using them for a couple of years maybe, budget is high. 100+ is fine, as long as they are good, wired and have microphone. The EM6L look nice but don't have incorporated mic...
  3. I went for gaming because of what brands I'm used to, but these seem great! Thanks for the recommendation.
  4. Due to a medical condition, I am unable to use over-the-head headsets. Any recommendations? Currently looking at Logitech's G333, but wanted to check here before making any purchases...
  5. Thanks for this info. Mesh is a tad too expensive, or so I've heard. Any brands/models you can recommend? For myself, I'm using ethernet connection off the repeater for reduced latency, so it's not too bad.
  6. I have the following set up: one router given by the internet company, and an Ethernet repeater in the second floor. The goal is to go from one floor to the other and have a "seamless transition". So both have the same SSID and password. Originally I tried with putting channel in "Auto" yet roomate reported issues with the internet in his room. Now we're trying with having channel 5 for the repeater, and 6 for the router (which is how they came stock). Attached is a SS of each. Networking is not my forte, and have absolutely no idea what channel and mode/radioband should have for each of their values. Any hints? Thank you in advanced!
  7. Thanks for this, I'll recommend 64gbs to the owner. However they are specifically asking for 128gbs of ram. Also, taking into account multiple employees may log in to a single PC.
  8. I was not aware of Newegg Argentina! Thanks for this. I think we're aiming for 128gb of ram. I'll see what we can get. Thanks again.
  9. Budget (including currency): US$ 1500-2500 Country: Argentina Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Adobe Suite, Premiere, After Effects, Remote Desktop Parts intended to be kept: PSU: 650w Seasonic (more details unknown) Case: Corsair full tower (more details unknown) GPU: Nvidia Quadro K2200 Hard Drives M2 SSD 500gb Samsung Parts to be upgraded: Processor: Intel i7 5820K RAM: 8 sticks of 8gb 2800hz Motherboard: Asus X99 Pro Cooler: Corsair Water Cooling (not sure on the model, but it was for socket FCLGA2011-3) The original build is from around 2014/2015. The aim is to have two or three budgets: One just upgrading the Motherboard, Processor and RAM. Another adding another M2 SSD. And a final one that changes PSU, GPU as well. I'm not sure that the 650 PSU may be able to support a top of the line CPU by itself. I know the forums may not specialize in the Argentinean market, but we will be checking international prices too. Though our main concern is PSU support, and if the water cooler can be used on a newer socket with an adapter.
  10. One last question, I'm a bit of a noob with this. If you put the rad in the front, and the fans are pointing towards the inside of the case, won't it actually push the heat inside? Or did you switch your front fans to point outwards?
  11. Thanks, I may just imitate your placement! Hope you don't mind.
  12. Thanks, you're right. It's one exhaust 120 rad, and one in the front. So up top there is no rad, just fans, am I right?
  13. I got a Gygabite Aorus 7, with the Trident Z. Which 240 rad are you using? Did you add fans pointing upwards?
  14. I wouldn't mind putting it in the front, but wouldn't it block the nice view of the fans? Or just put it behind the fans, does it work well that way? First time putting a rad on a pc myself. That looks really nice, what RAM are you using? Also, you have two rads, right? The one in front, is it visible through the fans? What rad is the one on top, and did you add the fans yourself?
  15. Been seeing a lot of reviews saying that fitting a top radiator may conflict with RAM size. I'm really tempted to buy this case, but I already have a Trident Z RGB stick and I'm afraid I cannot fit a two fan radiator in the case. Thanks in advance.
