  1. It sounds like your card is borked, might not hurt to reinstall drivers from what I have heard the 40 series drivers are a little unstable on some versions of windows 10.
  2. One point most people who mine always forget is the cost of cooling it can be up to 30 to 40% of the power cost. if you were to actually do something like this try to dump that heat in to a pool.( pools have an extremely high thermal mass and thermal conductivity.) If you pump out side air in to cool your mining rig expect bugs and dust.
  3. to be honest a 1070 and a rgb mechanical keyboard makes the build feel great. The keyboard is seconded to a great GPU and CPU. Get at least 6 cores for your cpu it will help more then you think for modern games. Especially for early access games. Get a mobo that has at least one m.2 nvme speed if not two slots. if your budget currently cant afford a good monitor find a very cheap one till you can save more.
  4. In my opinion the cost of such cards would raise the ROI to the point of no return.
  5. are the fans on the gpu spining?
  6. have you tried another psu with the system?
  7. did you have a keyboard pluged in some mobos will just shut down if no keyboards are detected. Next have you tryed testing the cpu in another system
  8. Dum question did you put a cooler on the cpu?
  9. @mxk. the mobo handles low power need under 30 watts the main reason i under stand is hybrid graphics.
  10. is the 1050ti a stander card if so it should fit and power will probably not be a issue with a 1050ti.
  11. its a very good start, i would recommend duct taping a cardboard box to the bottom of the case to reduce dust and probably help with the dust problem your going to have.
  12. I would also add more ssd storage with the way games are growing in size this would be a smart idea. Besides that it looks like a good build.
  13. for you case fan option some of use have different sized fans in mutable places in our cases. 1x 200mm 3x 120mm
  14. I would look at lockout tagout when doing maintenance like changing a bit like that.
  15. What is your PC specifications. Yes you could easily heat you feet with your PC. If your PC is watercooled you could move you radiator under your desk toward your feet and focus that heat at your feet.
