Hopefully, the problem can be addressed.

Here are the specs of my two gaming rigs:

As you can see, I have a single gtx980ti sc in the 5960x and 2 290s in the 4790k. The 290s are Sapphire Tri-Xs at 1000 core/1300 mem. Your 390 is a bit faster but my observation is the 980Ti is smoother. Even accounting for the cpu difference, the dual 290s are slightly faster in synthetics and in overall fps but the 980ti "feels" smoother. It's a close call.

EK Luc, your Titan X copper/plexi block is working VERY WELL on my EVGA GTX980 TI Superclocked card.

Just built the rig below using a Thermaltake Core X9. Able to fit 3 480 rads in it!

skline00 got a reaction from iExpurge in how many rads do i need for 3 way titan sli and a 3930k
I would buy a Corsair 900D case and tons of rad space. If you really want to water cool properly with quiet fans I use a formula a poster known as BrightCandle gave to me for rad needed. It is based upon 120mm rad space with a fan running at 800rpm to achieve a 10 Degree delta. The numerator is total thermal output and the denominator is 130. the product = the number of 120mm rads needed. I have a 3930k OC'd to 4.4Ghz (@200Watts max) plus 2 GTX670FTWs water cooled and OC'd (@200Watts each max). the calculation is 600/130=5 rad spaces. I'm using a XSPC RX360 + a XSPC EX360. I'm using a CM 932 Advanced case so I externally mounted the EX360. My system runs cool.
Let's turn to yours. A 3930k @4.6 Ghz is pushing 225Watts easy. The Titans are 250Watts each max? 225+750=975. 975/130= 7 rad spaces minimum. Just my 2 cents but to do a quality water cooled job you are going to need more radiator space to properly cool.

Thank you. I bought some 90 degree fitting to clean up one of the loops.  Wire management is being worked on.
