  1. I, too, bought a Razer keyboard during the CES 50% sale. I got the BlackWidow TE Stealth (with Razer oranges), and I was actually using it for a couple of days until I found out there was a problem with the keyboard......so I asked for RMA # and I just shipped it out today, hopefully I can get a full replacement soon.
  2. True, and honestly even though kailh switches have been bashed on and compared to Cherry switches as inferior, it still feels better than typing on membrane switches IMO. In the case with Razer, however, I am only willing to pay half or less the price tag they put on theor keyboards.
  3. Sadly, "good" and "budget" don't usually get along together in the case with mechanical keyboards. If you are on a really tight budget but want to get a good mechanical keyboard then you must be patient. Wait for those special deals and discounts to make your purchase.
  4. True that. The quality of their products doesn't justify the price tag they put, however during major sale events with at least 50% discounts....they're pretty worth
  5. Might want to contact Ducky about this, or send it to get repairs.
  6. Bought a couple of their products during their CES appreciation sale event. If it weren't for the discounts I never would've bought so many Razer peripherals.
  7. Pok3r or Ducky Mini are available in ISO layout I think. But it might still be hard to find one, and on top of that it'll be expensive ><
  8. I'm currently using Zowie ZA13. Really like this mouse, and there are 3 different sizes you can choose from. It uses the same sensor as the FK1 & FK2, which are considered good mice for FPS games. Oh and there's the FK1 or KF2, depending on what size you want. Zowie makes good mice, you can consider checking out their mice
  9. Logitech G402. Better price to performance and quality compared to Razer Deathadder Chroma
  10. I'm a casual gamer too. I just haven't played a game that would require the numpad since WC3. Although it is very useful when typing homework or writing a report.
  11. Any Ducky keyboard within your budget. Corsair K70 is a really popular choice, as well as Logitech G710 (not +). If you like small form factor keyboards (60%) consider Pok3r!
  12. Back then when I played Dota on Warcraft 3 I used the num pad a lot. Now that I don't have WC3/Dota anymore I personally find the num pad to be unnecessary for gaming.
  13. Sounds like this is your first mechanical keyboard. I'd recommend getting brown switches
  14. Nice! How did you get it for only $50?!
  15. Good choice! What switches did you get?
  16. How do the surfaces of the newer gen G mice feel compared to the Gx00s series?
  17. YES! I also own a G400s, it has been a while since I've used it (left it on another setup at another place), but every time I return to use it the rubber doesn't deteriorate. And I live in a country where >50% humidity is pretty normal.....
  18. I got a Razer Abyssus mirror edition. Honestly I don't find myself cleaning it as often as I thought I would, which is pretty amazing. On top of that the Abyssus itself is pretty easy to clean.
  19. Oh yeah definitely. I know that on a rubber surface mouse you definitely won't get as much dirt as what you will get on a glossy surface. I was referring to the rubber actually deteriorating over time, and afterwards it will become sticky and then it will get dirty. But then when that happens you'll probably be shopping for a new mouse
  20. I have an Abyssus mirror edition really like the glossy surface as I don't have to ever worry about the rubber surface getting sticky over time
  21. The cotton buds are thin enough to get into the cracks? Because that's where I'm having most trouble cleaning.
  22. Question for Zowie ZA owners: How do you clean the side buttons? I realized after a period of time after use my ZA13 gets dirt over side buttons, and since it's a glossy type surface on the side buttons I can understand it gets dirty, but the dirt that gets on the side of the buttons seem pretty hard to clean......is there a simple way to wipe or clean the buttons? Thanks.
  23. What switch and color backlight did you get?
