I'm gonna use molex for power and a connection from gpu header for pwm.

That was initially the plan but 1070 is over my budget

So i was thinking of making a GPU enclosure for my laptop and am gonna add fans to the enclosure but the problem is I don't want case fans to be running at full speed. Linking them to the GPU fan would be the solution. I came up with a adapter than I'm gonna make on my own, figured out the pin out but not sure if it's safe or not.
