TekNmotion Air Capsule Review | $15 Bluetooth Speaker
aidanf123 replied to aidanf123's topic in Member Reviews
Thank you, I didn't think it was against CoC, but I'm glad you cleared that up. I do understand the point some of the others have, and I feel that before I go posting more I should contribute more to the forum, so I will make sure to do that. And thank you, I'm glad you liked the video. I'm trying to have a focus on high production value, so I'm glad you noticed! I thought that video reviews were allowed, so I'm glad I was correct. I think some people had some valid points about contribution to the forum, so I will try to be a more active member before posting again.- 8 replies

For a normal case you should have no problems with cable length. As for wattage, it's mainly price. In most case you do end up throwing away money by spending more, as unless you are going dual GPU's or doing some serious overclocking, 500w can run almost any system. In the end though, there is not harm besides to your wallet.

Honestly, if you aren't concerned about audio then it probably won't make much of a difference. It will also depend on your speakers/headphones, if they aren't very good you won't notice a difference. A DAC would also be a better choice, there isn't much reason to use soundcards anymore.

The PSU's mentioned in this thread are pretty good, if you want a guide on the most reputable PSU's check out this infographic: http://i.imgur.com/tgrbCnr.jpg As for wattage you could easily get away with around 500w, that would probably be a good range to have enough power, and some headroom in case you upgrade any parts. Good luck!

Everyone tends to have a different idea of 'budget'. Ideally you should set out a rough amount that you are wanting to spend, and then suggestions can be give in that pricerange. That said there have been some good recommendations in this thread, with the Blue Snowball being a pretty decent entry level mic.

Should I buy my parts on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?
aidanf123 replied to NiteTF2's topic in New Builds and Planning
In my experience, often times there is little difference in pricing between this sales, and even regular pricing. Your best bet would be just to keep an eye out for any good deals, and jump on them regardless of the day. -
TekNmotion Air Capsule Review | $15 Bluetooth Speaker

I've read the code of conduct, but on re-reading it I noticed this rule: Repeated posting with constant referrals to other website(s) with no purpose other than the promotion of that website. My intention is not to use LTT's forum solely for advertising, but rather to contribute to this section with my content. However, I understand that since I am posting very little other than these threads that it could be interpreted that I am using it as advertising, and as such I will make sure to actively contribute on other boards on the forum before posting again. Thanks for clearing this up, and I will make sure I don't violate the CoC again. And ThatOneRussian, I'm glad you like it! I'm hoping to keep on making videos, so I'm glad people like them! I'll try to post a bit more on other boards before posting on here again hahaha.- 8 replies

Hey Everyone! Today I'm looking at a $15 bluetooth speaker, the TekNmotion Air Capsule. I got this from Massdrop a bit over a year ago, and I have been pretty impressed at how small it is, yet the sound it puts out is pretty good. Check out the review here: <Link Removed> Aidan

Hey Everyone! Many people recently have been moved to upgrade their chair for better posture and comfort, with a large amount of people opting for expensive 'racer' chairs. However, can you get a good, comfortable office chair for less, or do you lose out too much by not spending enough? From what I've found so far the Ikea Flintan seems to offer a really comfortable sitting experience with a decent range of features at a pretty low price. For my full thoughts I have a full video review here: <Link Removed>

In the end, it really depends on what you need the most. If you think you are going to get the most out of a phone, go for that. If you are actually needing a PC upgrade (I've been sucked into the needless upgrades many a time) then go for that, otherwise if it is doing everything you need right now you might find your money would be better spent later on when you need an upgrade more. Also, for those recommending the 1+2, or even Note 4 or G4 you have to remember that is AUD. Coming from Australia, you aren't going to get any flagship phones for particularly cheap, as even a 1+2 is over $500 shipped and converted to AUD. Since this isn't a discussion about the phone choice I won't go into it, but in the end it is really your needs that determine it in the end. Good luck!

Hey Everyone! Today I'm looking at a really cheap piece of film gear called the Fotga Fader ND Filter. ND filters are basically sunglasses for your camera, and stop light getting in, but they can be very expensive. The Fotga ND filter is only about $15 on ebay, so I thought that I would pick one up and check it out. I've been pretty happy with it so far, so you can check out my full review here: Thanks, Aidan

Helios 44M 58mm f/2 Vintage Lens Review | Swirly Bokeh
aidanf123 replied to aidanf123's topic in Member Reviews
Thanks man, I'm glad that you liked it! -
Hey Everyone! The Helios 44M is a fairly well known lens due to it's swirly bokeh, and a pretty low price. These lenses have been produced for a long time, and as such you can easily pick one up. The lens seems to be a useful focal length at 58mm, and it also seems to be decently sharp, so I decided to take a in-depth look at it!

LG G-Watch | The Perfect Entry Level Smartwatch?
aidanf123 replied to aidanf123's topic in Member Reviews
Did you find it that bad? I haven't had experience with the 360 myself, so I didn't realise that the battery life was that bad. I would like to get my hands on a 360 at some point and try it out, and I also wonder if the second generation will improve on the battery issues the original had.- 10 replies

Thank you, I'm glad you think so! It's a really competitive market on Youtube right now, so getting noticed is difficult. I'm glad you enjoyed my review though!- 10 replies

LG G-Watch | The Perfect Entry Level Smartwatch?

It is the 'Simply Lines' watchface which works with facer, you can download it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Facer/comments/3g6y59/watchface_simply_lines_a_clean_digital_watch_face/ To get it to work with my G-Watch I had to do a little bit of tweaking to get everything aligned properly.- 10 replies

LG G-Watch | The Perfect Entry Level Smartwatch?

I do try whipping it up, and it does work sometimes. However, I have still found it pretty inconsistent for actually waking it up. And the motion gestures are something which are cool, but you do get some strange looks hahaha!- 10 replies

LG G-Watch | The Perfect Entry Level Smartwatch?

I know that feeling. Honestly, for a $50 difference I would say that the design of the Moto 360 would be worth that price difference, and if you think you are going to be getting a decent amount of use out of it then it would be worth it. For me the Moto 360 would be at least $200, so the G-Watch made sense. In the end it depends on how much the design matters to you, but since it is a fashion accessory to a certain extent the Moto 360 wins in that department.- 10 replies

Hello Everybody! Today I am looking at the LG G-Watch. The G-Watch isn't exactly new, but it still offers some really compelling value at $100, making it one of the most affordable android wear smartwatches on the market. Here is my full review:

This is just my opinion, as I haven't really analysed them in depth, but in general I have been pretty happy with them. They sound pretty good, and are tiny for how much sound they put out. I wouldn't say they are the best speakers, and I would like to try out some more high end ones, but at the pricerange and for the size I really can't complain, they sound quite good, and feel nice and premium.

Hello Everyone! Today I am taking a look at the Logitech G602 wireless gaming mouse. I've been taking a look at some wireless peripherals recently, and the G602 interested me. The G602 offers long battery life, reliable use and loads of programmable buttons, so I am taking a look at if it holds up to what it claims.
