  1. You know how to prioritize! I like that Happy gaming, all you mods deserve it
  2. I got a Phanteks Glacier. It wasn't my first choice to begin with, but it was all that was in stock at the time. But it sure does look pretty, so I kept it But as I said a repaste/remount should help a lot.
  3. I got a 3700X PBO, 200mhz auto OC and a slight undervolt, with a 1080ti under water. I pulled the sidepanel from my In Win 303 for better airflow. The GPU is doing very well at 46 degrees, but the CPU is running pretty toasty at around 84-87 C. I pulled a 2 cores from folding so at max its folding with 6 + 7 cpu Slots and 1 core for the GPU slot. That helped a bit, but I suspect I need to repaste after the event is done. I am also very tempted to try out Der8auers new OC bracket, which should help a lot with temps in non-constant workflows.
  4. Have you tried setting all your RGB to red instead? Cheetahs are on the Endangered species list for a reason!
  5. I have played ALOT of Doom Eternal while folding LOL. That game is insanely well optimized, but I do take a hit from 100fps locked on UWQHD, to around 80fps. But nothing I can't gain back with a little tweaking.
  6. I know a lot of people have already answered, but here you can see the latest accepted WU's per slot. https://apps.foldingathome.org/cpu
  7. I was beaming with pride over my 2 mill st one go, but that is down right impressive
  8. Assuming you didn't oc anything, I would assume only the fans would see any actual wear and tear. All the NVIDIA and Intel protection mechanisms should keep the GPU/CPU safe. According to Google, a typical fan is rated for something like ~50k hours. So in this context with 24/7 folding for 2 weeks to a month time, would be less than 0,1% of the fans rated lifetime... That being said, the noise would be very irritating in a very short while...
  9. I am sooo glad to hear that everybody is having issues with EOC. I took a chance and snuck away in my parents vacation house for the weekend, with my gf and daughter. However I kinda "forgot" to turn off my custom cooled gaming rig. So just observing several 0 pts updates on EOC made me seriously worried that good ole Black Betty had sprung a leak
  10. And just like that, for the first time all day, everything on my end has a WU to chew on And on that note, I'll bid you all good night. Happy folding!
  11. Thats a good start dude! You're almost already at the Bronze badge!
  12. The viewer doesn't work. But there is a github link somewhere in this thread to a viewer that does work. It takes up a whole lot of GPU power though...
  13. Looks about right Also just got the days first GPU WU, I believe you are good luck! Please stick around
