    Modules do not mean channels.

Z170 and Z270 as well as B350 and X370 are dual channel platforms.  You would be putting two modules in one channel and a single module in the other.

This requires the memory having, at the least, very similar timings.  Exactly matching timings is even better.

You dont have to install each BIOS update, they are not cumulative.  Just install the newest one.

Also, they are still doing memory tuning for ryzen, the newest BIOS will likely still have code updates for OG Ryzen.

Please don't, if you really under a tight budget i suggest upgrade whole system to Ryzen 2200G.

what you describe is commonly known as ''Screen Tearing'' this happens whenever the refresh rate of the monitor (typically 60hz) is not in sync with the frames that are being pushed by the GPU. The way to fix this is to turn Vsync ON that way your GPU will be limited to rendering 60 frames per second and the monitor which refresh at 60hz (60 times per second) will always only display full rendered frames, screen tearing is then eliminated...

BUT...Vsync will introduce what is called ''input lag'' so the controls will not feel as great, especially if you play with a keyboard and mouse it's quite noticeable...so for some (many) games Vsync is a no go either.

For that reason, AMD and Nvidia came out with monitors that have Variable Refresh rate techonlogies built in them...they are called ''Freesync'' for AMD, work only on AMD GPU's and Nvidia has their called Gsync...work only with Nvidia GPU's.

What that does is it allows the monitor to vary it's refresh rate to match the rate at which the GPU is pushing the frames out...every time the GPU has a full frame in the pipeline ready to go, the monitor refresh and display that full frame...this does completely eliminate screen tearing and it also eliminate input lag...so with that everything feel smoother and faster.

I would not trade core clock for memory clock above 3200.  Which logically means that I would trade Core clock for memory clock to get to 3200.

Though, with the clocks being talking about this is obviously Ryzen.  And Ryzen disproportionately gains performance from faster memory speeds.

Having overclocked Ryzen, you dont have to trade one for another until 2933 anyway.

That is a generally standard E-ATX board.  You will likely have to rig up a heatsink mounting method though.

Heatsink is for the PCI/AGP/RAM controller (northbridge).
Slot is AGP, cards have not been made for AGP since 2006/2007.

Southbridge does not connect to ethernet.  SB does ISA/SMBus/IDE/SATA/AC97 audio
Northbridge does PCI and AGP.  So ethernet connects to the NB.

Bump the power limit up on your GPU.

Running multiple monitors and playing media while benching will tank your scores.  The GPU has to draw the 3D elements of the UI assists with decode.  W10 is better at handling this scenario.

2300 is pretty close to the norm for that card with that resolution.  RX 580 scores about the same at 1080p without anything else running.

KarathKasun got a reaction from newcbomb in Best way to remote control my RaspberryPi (Raspbian)?
VNC is not really good for real-time or high motion uses.  Its primarily designed to be "good enough" to do remote GUI administration of headless servers.

That and using the Pi for VNC and web browsing will cause it to choke.

Ive been tinkering with a Pi for remote camera and servo control use, getting any kind of real-time graphical feed from it (camera or GUI) swamps the CPU.

VNC works with any network connection as long as they are on the same sub-net.

It will be a basic admin use connection, I wouldnt use it to browse the internet or anything.
