  1. I tried doing that, but it doesn't show the drive as being a boot option.
  2. I think so, the first in the boot list is set to Windows Boot Manager (or something like that). I also tried to manually boot from it, but it says something like "no bootable device found." This probably sounds stupid, but could the "Windows Boot Manager" be left from the previous drive even though it is not connected?
  3. Before anybody says it, yes I bought a prebuilt. It's for my mom. Anyways, my mom had an Inspiron before and it had an SSD. Eventually her Pentium and 4 gigs of RAM got to be too slow. I got her the new Inspiron (i5 and 8 gigs DDR4). It came with 1TB HDD. I decided I would just move the TB SSD from her old PC to the new one. The problem is that the new one dosn't recognize the drive as being a bootable device. I checked 'Device Configuration', and it does show the drive as being plugged in. I plugged the drive into my PC and it works fine. Why won't her new computer boot from it then?! Edit: This is what I get when I try to boot from Windows Boot Manager
  4. Does anyone know of a way that I can create a disk image for my external hard drive?
  5. Does anyone know what this thing is that is taking up battery? Is it just part of the Android system? The little Android guy with 10414 next to it...
  6. When I transfer large folders/files from my SSD to my HDD, it starts out at around 500 MB/s. After about 5 seconds it drops down to around 200MB/s. Whats the deal? Why does it not continue to transfer at 500?
  7. Does anyone know how I could use a USB Skylanders portal as an NFC reader for my PC? I really just want it to transfer small files from my phone to my computer. Yes, I know I can use many other methods to do that, but where is the fun in any of those?
