  1. Oh it aligns with their ideas. They just don't make enough money and they people ain't working if they are playing games.
  2. Currently I on Ghost recon, playerunknown's battlegrounds, BF1, COD remastered. But I just about play every game that is released. I understand that triple and quad is out the picture. I didn't think about it as a friend had quad sli and well the problems wasn't worth it. So from what a gather here I pretty much screwed. If I actually wanna play at 11520x2160 Resolution. Although has anyone actually tried playing at this Res ? I have tried on sniper elite 4 and Cod remastered. I cant remember what my fps was but I know I didnt like it .
  3. Hi all Been a long time since I posted on here. Many years have flown by. Anyways to the point. I am the lucky owner of 3x 4k Asus monitors. I am currently running a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 G1 Gaming OC 8GB with allow me to play 4k game very reasonably. But clearly not at 11520x2160 Resolution. I am happy to gaming at 50 to 60fps. Before I forget I am on X99 platform with a Intel i7 6800k@ 4.1ghz. So the question is do I buy a single 1080ti, a second 1080 (SLI) or even two 1080ti (this option would be done in two stages)? Thanks AJ Ps Profile System updated so far
  4. I don't get a many Client crashes since the Update, but I now get a really annoy blur/flash randomly through out the game. Doesn't matter what settings I use or what I am doing on the game it totally random I know it not related to just me or my pc as i have report from other and friends of the same thing. So in answer yeah it playable and played many hours but its also still buggy and will more than likely be buggy till the new year
  5. Come play the Gwb server All welcome No rules Rush and Conquest 24/7 server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/173.199.78.34:30010/ http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/servers/show/pc/cbaebc0c-0fb2-4ba7-ad16-57e9ac8ed6c2/GameServers-com/
  6. Just General ramp up and ramp down of the cooler. Also your room temps will cause different amout of temps gains and losses
  7. more likely Grpahics card than ram. Are you using the latest drive from nvidia ??? (satble drivers no beta) also have you tried other games see if the problem occurs. It maybe a issue with the BF3 game it self.
  8. You dont lose the ability to use the onboard graphic if you use a Amd card you can infact use the apu gpu in crossfire with the dedicated graphics. On the other hand if your thinking of upgrade then this will not really matter. Depending on which platform you choice to take with your upgrade. May depend on if you need to do a clean install or whether you will need to upgrade the drivers.
  9. In your case the more ram the better the result
  10. 7950 (best bang for bucks plus the amazing games deals) or gtx 680 (with metro last light)
  11. Of the three I would choose the Corsair Dominator 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C10 1600MHz but as other have said dominator ram is more abnout the looks than anything else. Buying a cheaper set of ram that doesn't look so great will work just as well.
  12. You many as well get the 3770 k for the price difference. But on the other hand you could buy the Asrock Z77M which will allow you to fully overclock a non k chip. You will have a bigger expense difference if you already have a z77 mother board and just upgrading your processor.
  13. no it will not damage the AMD Core. Set all timing and voltage in the bios. The your good to go
  14. Try Setting you Bios back to default/ reset.
  15. Amd drivers for you Hd7850 are upto date. Double check that you motherbaord is using the right voltage for the Ram. Also you could try turning off some of the power saving features. Sometimes these can cause issues. Youtube uses adobe flash player as a plug it Could be this player that is faulty check it up to date and also try reainstiling it. Do you use any usb device? Like wireless or external hhd of keysticks???
  16. Use the Xmp on the ram, Also increase ram voltage to 1.55 volts and increase vcore volts to 1.3volts Make sure spread septrum is turned off and all power saving features.
  17. To be truthful there is no way to know is haswell is any good until it is release. There is going to a few things we no haswell will do better that is lower power consumption and better onboard graphics.
  18. It highly likely a driver issue have you check and installed all the latest drivers(not Cd drivers but fromt he websites of each company. Not using beta drivers). Which OS are you running??? Are you overclocking your Pc at all???. Also have you check you temperatures. As you heat sink my not be cooling your cpu correctly as causing a shutdown/ crash.
  19. It basically because intel say your not allowed and locks the multiplier but u can in fact overclock non k chips. To a limited amount. But you can fully overclock a non -k chip if you use Asrock motherboards (z77m) that unlocks the non k chip multiplier.
  20. The Graphics should be fine there is no reason it shouldn't support it. Have you check the front panel I/0 is connected correctly. Also check that the ram is in correct and the cpu 8/4pin power is connected correctly. 2 quick question what CPU do you have? and what ram is installed.
  21. Its common in windows 8 that is displays the wrong Cpu freq' in task manager. Tends to be the default speed of the cpu but there has been times when it windows 8 task manager has reported higher/lower cpu freq'. I would stick to CPU-Z for true readings of Cpu freq' . Overclocking is best done in the bios/uefi but low overclocks are ok via software GUI's. Best to do large/extreme overclocks in the bios/uefi only.
