So. I stumbled upon this YouTube video in which this person discovered that an much older Intel stock CPU cooler performed much better than an newer stock Intel CPU cooler. I have some theories about why they made their stock coolers worse over the time but I'm more curious about how generation to generation the cooler performance differs. Especially when used on top of the line processors.
Also how things look on the AMD side (which I assume would be opposite)
