I want to build a video wall from old graphics card with vga or dvi output. Total I want to run 4-8 displays. I know there are several good cards from Matrox, NVIDIA and AMD for video walls. For example: Matrox M9140 LP PCIe x16, Nvidia NVS 510, AMD FirePro W600. With those it would bi easy to build a video wall with only one card and expensive too...
Now my problem: Is it possible to run multiple graphic boards on a Windows XP or Windows 7 operating system? If so, what motherboard and graphic card would you recommend and what drivers would you download to control the display wall? Thank you for your brainwork...
