  1. Ah, I misunderstood. My network speed is 100Mpbs. It always has been, I've never seen it change. Thanks for the help!
  2. I'm 'supposed' to get 50/3, but before it started being ultra slow I was getting 30-40/3.2 on the computer in question.
  3. I've heard that can mess things up, but no, neither of them have ever been plugged into power strips.
  4. It was working fine a couple of weeks ago, I can't see how that would have happened.
  5. Nope, as I mentioned I have formatted and reinstalled Windows since this started, and I always keep everything clean anyway.
  6. A couple of weeks ago I started getting much slower internet speeds on my PC. Speeds on different devices in the house in Mbps (Down/Up): My PC (Powerline) - 2-8/3 iPad (WiFi) - 30-40/3.1 Laptop1 (WiFi) 50/3.2 Laptop2 (WiFi) 50/3.2 Media PC (Ethernet) 50/3.2 You get the picture. As you can imagine, the speed does fluctuate in peak hours etc, but the fastest speed I am getting at the moment is still only 8Mbps down. Since the slowdown I have formatted my SSD (boot drive), restarted the router and powerline adapters multiple times, and updated my network drivers. I would be incredibly appreciative of any help, networking issues are my least favourite to diagnose. Thanks in advance.
  7. Ah, I've already tried that I can't even seem to get OneDrive running without a Microsoft account.
  8. Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention, I am using Windows 8.1. So OneDrive is integrated deeply into the OS, and using it without converting my local account to a Microsoft account is proving difficult. In short, I need an address to set as the destination for Backup4All, and I can't seem to use the method you mentioned with my local Windows account.
  9. I am trying to set up a nightly backup to OneDrive in Windows 8.1 while using a local account. Backup4All looks like a pretty good program but I can't work out how to configure it to backup to OneDrive. Any ideas?
  10. I'm considering buying this monitor. Have any of you used/heard anything about it? http://aoc-europe.com/en/products/i2476vwm#product-detail-technical
  11. I saw that one earlier, but the glossy plastic really won't be any good as I often have direct sunlight on my monitor. As for modding, it did occur to me (I saw the video) but I don't think it's worth it unless the panel is insanely good value.
  12. For a while I have been meaning to get a new primary monitor, and demote my old TN to use as a secondary monitor. In addition to the specs mentioned in the title; it must have anti-glare, and ideally no glossy plastic bezels (for the same reason). I'd also like to keep the price under $240/£150. What are your recommendations? So far I have found these: AOC I2476VWM Asus VS239HV Thoughts? The AOC looks particularly tempting.
  13. There are no Uplay, or Ubisoft related files in my documents.
  14. These are not actually mine, nevertheless here they are. A few of my favourites from Battlefield 4: All credit goes to Berdu. https://twitter.com/Berduu https://www.youtube.com/Berduuu https://www.flickr.com/photos/berduu/
  15. I recently upgraded my boot drive to an SSD and plan to use my 1TB HDD for storage. However, before I format it I need to make sure I've got everything backed up. Backing up Steam game saves was easy, but I still have to Backup my Origin and Uplay saves. There doesn't seem to be a backup system in the clients (unlike Steam), so how do I manually back them up?
