  1. is this the vga adapter benchmark section? Thanks Harry for helping me improve efficiency. Hope screenshot looks ok. I dunno.

  3. like onontech said some xeons OC 3-5% others might get 50-100% OC depending on cooling depends what xeon your talking about
  4. start with one stick. boot and go into bios manually set voltage, frequency and timings i would try 1.35-1.4V to start with after a successful restart turn off the machine and install the second stick and see if she boots 55 is a memory error. could also be due to bent socket pins that control the integrated memory controller. the system may not want to boot dual channel if you cant get if sorted, inspect the cpu socket for damaged or bent pins
  5. click at the bottom show processes from all users then set to realtime try and get two sticks to run at 1600 c9 1.65-1.85V
  6. bob its a bit better. you should be around 940 for 4.6ghz. your cache looks much better. you need to work on your ram if you can. can you at least get 1600 c9? run in realtime like kingcry says : )
  7. no, it never was able to post. always get a 62 post code error on 2 boards. vga initialization error i only flashed it and baked it cuz i wanna fix it and make it happy again
  8. nope wont post. just tried dp and diff monitor. it wont post even if No video cable is connected tried two boards so far...same result wont post if it is the primary adapter and even if i boot into windows with it as the secondary adapter i still get no video out. im not logical, i went straight for the oven.
  9. dp and hdmi never tried those will give that a go later i did give er a quick bake in the oven still no go
  10. well harry the 4890 wont post : ( i get post code 62...wont get past the vga adapter atiflash can see the card, i was also able to flash it with stock rom no problem. it just wont boot.
  11. sensors can be a lil screwy coretemp works well for me with amd, hence my suggestion. its just another tool you can use to compare
  12. bob im just trying to help you identify your cache frequency. thats all. harry saphire 4890 1gb dual 6 pin. any suggestions? or call you when i have a problem : )
  13. the nb frequency in the mem tab is the cache frequency bob this is not up for debate...it is what it is cache frequency can also be monitored in xtu
