    I don't know where you live but in the UK taking a nude picture of someone underage is illegal even if you take it of yourself. We class it as creating child pornography btw.

    I would now put both the PSU and the GPU in a different build if possible

    You probably could wash it (without the fans) and it probably would be fine but I would be very careful not pull the tubing off and to dry it out for a couple of days on before putting it back in a computer. Weather it would actually clean it well I don't know.

    It's easier for us to alter stuff in PC part picker, copy pasting a link is easier and it automatically compatability checks the parts

    Personally I would go for a different mobo as I think tiny Mini-ITX boards look silly in full ATX cases that is unless you need the antenna http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/w9bXkT
