I've been thinking about loading Linux on my second hard drive to do schoolwork. I basically only need to use a Web Browser for my online school for the most part, and as far as I am aware Linux uses a lot less system resources which would be very nice to have when I only need to do minimal tasks like word documents, online quizzes, and maybe some listening to music. I'll still have Windows 7 on my other hard drive, but I would probably only boot into it when I want to play games. So would it be worth it to use, and if so which version should I use? (I'm a complete noob when it comes to Linux, so I don't really know too much except that it's supposedly better in a lot of ways.)
