Ubuntu with Gnome GUI or Debian with Gnome GUI are my go too's for linux
as for accessing the bios normal buttons are F1, F2 or Del Key. but it changes depending on the make and model of your computer.

Also if you have a modern pc you may need to turn off Secure Boot in the bios/uefi

I already have a case, kind of. I have a power Mac G5 lying around and I'm planning in making it into a case. I'll get around to it someday.

An SSD would help and would be you best bang for bunk upgrade. (you would also be able to reuse it in your next pc).

but if I was in you shoes I would try and save up and build a new computer as you will notice a very big big improvement

I'm using about 6 off them in my house atm.
You plug the into you wall power outlet. they work best if you have them running on the same circuit (fuse/trip in your fuse board).

Back to original point, the amp is a little under powered for the speakers by about 10 to 20 Watts but should be fine 

Chromecast and Amazon Fire TV Stick both work. I have the latter for Youtube and Plex streaming and it works well.

Its completely fine. all it means that if it exceeds a certain amount of amps (due to a power surge) the fuse will blow.

have you tried doing a system restore back 3 or 4 day ?

I used this myself to problems on windows lots off time.
it can reset all windows services, which means to with have to go through all off windows 10 pricey settings after running it.

Hold on why we all recommending amps when we dont even know the specs of the speakers. You pick the amp when you know what the speakers need to power them. If you have a under powered amp to get the volume you will lose high frequencies (the high school dj affect). And if you use a amp too powerful you can blow the speakers. How can you pick a amp which is good if you dont know what its got to be good with.

Technically you would not need any velcro. Just the headphones and the adapter.
 
I am confused on why so many people are looking for wireless headphones these days. They are usually more bothersome than they are useful. 

If I wanted a wireless headset I would get the SHP9500 and an Mpow bluetooth adapter, then using a velcro tie thingy connect them together like in this video.  No dock, and you can't use them and charge at the same time though.

My brother has a pair of cheap Sennheiser, I think the RS120.  He loves them for the convenience, but they suck.  They sound tiny, just plain crappy.  It has a range of 30 ft about, has a nice dock thingy.  I had a set of Sony bluetooth IEMs.  They sounded pretty good, but the range was within arm lengths of my desk.  Get something with bluetooth if you care more about sound quality, get RF if you care about range.

This was over £500 when I was looking at it earlier, then I refreshed the tab few hours later it was this price. MSI GTX 980TI
