    I hate these questions, especially when no one knows when GTX 880 will be released. If you have the money and need a upgrade go buy a 780 ti, and if not well just wait. In the end the 880 will probably not be that much faster...

    with a 780 ti right now and probably a few years to come you will be more than happy no need to upgrade to 880 maybe 980 or whatever they call the one after that would be the time to upgrade

    You miss the point. Prices in the US are far away from prices in EU. This is based on real prices and he can't get anything better. Also allways remember: $=€.
