  1. I have the Corsair H150i Capellix in white. Works very well for me and looks nice, no problems so far in ~18months of daily gaming
  2. Why don't you swap the PC to the DP port and use HDMI for the two consoles? From what I can find on the vg259qm it only runs at 240Hz on HDMI but 280Hz on DisplayPort. Seems like you're giving up quite a bit there.
  3. What's the price difference? If it's a new build (or sell the rx 570) I'd go for a cheaper CPU and get a beefier GPU instead.
  4. Budget (including currency): Not super strict but ideally under $1300, max $1500 Country: US Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, AAA singleplayer games (Jedi Fallen Order, new Spider-Man, etc). Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Planning to get a 1440p 144hz+ monitor, probably 27" or maybe a 34" UW. Is a 12600k + RTX 3070 good enough for this? I don't mind lowering settings a bit. What's the rough performance difference between 3060, 3060 ti, 3070, 3070 ti? It's been a long time since I've kept up with the PC space - it used to be me helping with these threads!! I really like the LianLi Q58 ITX case, but I think that will prove more expensive (mobo + SFX PSU) and then it is limited to smaller AIOs. I want as much white stuff as possible even if it costs a little more, and yes I do like RGB so at least the RAM, GPU, and CPU cooler should have RGB (and preferably also be white). I'm not quite sure how much I want to actually spend yet but was thinking 12600K plus a RTX 3070, which would be around $800-900, so I think overall ~$1300 might be reasonable? I need wifi so would prefer a motherboard with onboard wifi. If ITX is a big price difference I will just get a Phanteks G360a and fill it up with a big white AIO : )
  5. Do you have a reasonable amount of free disk space? Have you tried reinstalling (try a full clean install - remove all Discord-related files) Discord?
  6. You could take a look at Duet Display ($9.99 app) + used / new Base model iPad I'd try and see if you can find anyone using it for your use case to make sure it's as responsive as you need.
  7. Make sure your BIOS version supports the 7700. Also, keeping *irreplaceable* data on a single local drive is asking for heartbreak in the future.
  8. Yeah it won't make a significant difference, just get the cheaper one.
  9. If you use pt.pcpartpicker.com it will show you prices from merchants in Portugal. The setup you have now, minus the motherboard, is 2011€.
  10. pcpartpicker.com is a great resource.
  11. Yeah, as above I'd probably wait for the next AMD CPU generation. I'm surprised, the 2600 should still be a pretty capable chip.
  12. Take a look at the Phanteks P200a as well, it's a bit taller than the NR200 but almost the same footprint, and has a glass side panel and great airflow.
  13. Should be fine since you can't overclock on that motherboard anyways.
  14. What's wrong with your current system? Looks like a great gaming machine to me.
  15. I think Reds (linear) and Browns (tactile) are the same "volume". They do have slightly different actuation forces though, with the Red being a bit lighter
  16. What makes you want to upgrade from a 2070 Super? i.e. what games/resolution/refresh rate are you targeting? If you did upgrade, it would make more sense to sell the 2070 and just keep the 6800

I would recommend waiting for the Ryzen 5000 full release so you can either get the new lowest-end chip (equivalent to the 3100) or the 2600/3600 will become cheaper. I went with a 2600 because I think for the extra £30 or so over the 3100 you get 2 more cores. The monitor, keyboard, and mouse are all super-barebones so they can either be upgraded in the future or swapped for something a bit nicer (potentially downgrade the CPU to a 3100 instead to save some £, then upgrade to Ryzen 5000 in a couple years if needed). RAM is pretty cheap so I went for a 3600MHz 16gb kit.
  18. here's a list of 144hz, 1440p gaming monitors under £300: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/products/monitor/#X=0,30000&r=256001440&D=120000,280000
  19. Usually a quad-core H-series i5, a 1650 or 1650 Ti, 8GB RAM and a 256gb SSD or sometimes 1TB HDD. It varies widely depending on store and deal, but they will be quite capable at 1080p medium.
  20. Entry-level gaming laptops like the Dell G3 and HP Pavillion Gaming can be had on Black Friday for around $550-600
  21. A friend needs a new keyboard. He currently has one of those cheapo $30 Amazon ones with clicky Blue switches, and wants to switch to something a little nicer with Browns or Reds. The only real requirements is TKL or bigger (needs arrow keys) and backlighting (any color, but solid color or per-key RGB, not one of those fixed-rainbow ones). Also, should be black or dark colored, not white. I was leaning towards recommending a Corsair K63 or Logitech G610 Orion, but can't seem to find them on sale or even availiable much anymore. In the US BTW. TLDR backlit mechanical board, $60, TKL/full size, browns/reds Thanks in advance!

    Free games

Valorant and Warzone are good options. As questionable as Epic Games may be, their launcher has pretty good free games every Thursday (so far I have Just Cause 4, the entire Batman Arkham collection, GTA V, a couple Asassins Creeds, and a bunch more). Rocket League will also be free to play soon on Epic Games.
  23. Why do you want to upgrade? Do you want more FPS/higher resolution, or are you doing content creation, or what?

    Case?

The InWin 301 is white with some blue I/O lighting: https://www.amazon.com/InWin-301-Tempered-Micro-ATX-Mini-ITX/dp/B06XXSWWX6?th=1 It doesn't come with any fans, but since it's $70 you can pick up some fans for the extra $20. Here's a bunch of TG mATX mini and mid towers: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/case/#t=7,6&sort=-price&B=3,4&X=0,10000

    Case?

Any aesthetic preferences (white, black, tempered glass, RGB fans included, etc.)?
