If I researched correctly the headset comes with a dongle that you can use instead of the ports on the laptop. When using that you should be able to set the headset as the *default communication*  device and the internal speakers as the "normal" default device. I am not sure what software you use, but Discord at least respects the defaul communications device settings.
This probably doesn't work with the built in port, because many laptops do the headphone/speakers switching internally without the OS having a way to know this. This means there is no way at all to use both at the same time.

So your headset has 1 3.5mm jack and when you plug it into the headphone plug you get audio but not mic and when you plug it into the mic, you get nothing?
I believe the only way to fix it is to use a splitter like This. you plug the headset into it then 1 into the headphone port and the other in the mic port.

Try googleing Gta v redux. I think the mod is fulled of controversies but for the normal user like me that doesnt care, its pretty good. Adds a ton of realistic stuff, it uncaps vehicle speed, more realistic graphics, explosions, think they reworked the guns, etc. 

So far so good, I repasted it with cooler master gelmaker, and temps are pretty good, rdr2 after 20 minutes of playing 63°C max, Another thing I found when opening my laptop was that the m.2 ssd are probably on raid 0, because there were 2. I believe these are 256gb each. It has another m.2 available but I dont know if I can use an intel optane there. btw the thermal pads they used are prolly -5mm

I ended up ordering cooler master gelmaker, because the cheapest kryonaut I could find here where I live was 40 usd (1 gram). Once I repaste my laptop I will update the thread with my results. I also bought thermal pads, but didnt know which one to get lol, so I got the 2mm one.

it might be playable in space, but in planets i dont think you´ll get playable framerates, I would say you´d get between 20-25fps in planets

if I remember correctly, the gun locker lets you "store" weapons you dont want or need. Its just for having easier access to the weapons you commonly use in your inventory, it hides them. And if I also remember correctly in heists it doesnt work, it will still show weapons

plugged in my ps4 controller after a few months and it works perfectly without having to tweak anything!!! First time I did it back in 2018 it just didnt worked properly. Maybe a windows update fixed this.

Disable the the ps4's headphone jack as a playback device in sound options.

Same here on an HDD. Can take 2-3 minutes if I load straight into GTA Online. Takes 25-50 seconds to load into Story Mode. Then takes 1-2 minutes to load into a populated lobby. Sometimes it doesn't connect and that usually is just the Rockstar servers acting up. Trying again usually gets you in around 85% of the time. Around 15% of the time, you may need to try 3-4 times. Just a Rockstar server issue.
Same here. Just how it is with BF1 servers.
