  1. I do draw quite a lot and we still have to do a lot of handwriting in my classes.
  2. I am getting a Surface Pro 4 for school, but I can't decide between the 4gb and 8gb RAM model. Is the extra storage and upgraded ram worth the extra premium you have to pay, keeping in mind that I will be using it predominantly for school word processing and content consumption? I won't be doing any editing, light gaming at most (CS GO, Civ, etc). I can go for the higher price, but only if absolutely necessary. I will also be getting the type cover regardless of which model I buy. Can the 4gb model hold its own in performance, and at least for a couple of years down the road as well? The extra storage is really just an added bonus, because I can get an external hard drive if it really comes down to it. Thanks!
  3. Hi, I'm interested in more retro PC gaming (80s and 90s), but I don't have the money or space to buy a vintage system. I was wondering if it was worth buying a floppy drive from ebay or something, and then using DOSBox to run any games I get. I know you can get some games as abandonware online, but there are many games that I am interested in that still have valid copyright claims. Is it worth spending some money on a floppy drive to play these games, or should I do something else? Thanks!
  4. I am in the market for around a $1000 laptop, but am deciding between the New Razer Blade Stealth and waiting for the Microsoft Surface Pro 5. Since it will probably be similar to the Surface Pro 4, we can use it for reference. What do you think? Razer Blade Stealth or Surface Pro 5 when it comes out. I would get the Surface Type Cover if I were to buy a Surface Pro as well, so that's another $120 or so to consider. Thanks!
  5. I have been trying to find a good, non-gaming (I have a PC for that) laptop for around $1,000, and the Razer Blade Stealth seems to be the best looking in my opinion, and the best value at this price point. Now, the real question is, should I get it now, or should I wait for a new 2017 model to come out (if one is going to come out)? I know a cheaper model has come out in 2017 with an i5 and a non-touch display, but I mean a completely new iteration, like they did with the late 2016 Blade Stealth. I am in no rush, but if it is better to just buy it now and not have to wait, then I am all for it. Also, if you have suggestions for a better laptop than the Blade Stealth for around the same price, please feel free and let me know if you think it would be good. Thanks!
  6. Will you be able to connect the Nintendo Switch to a computer monitor? I suspect you can just by buying an HDMI to DVI/VGA adapter, but I may be wrong. What do you think? The reason I want to connect a Switch to a monitor is that I would like to have it next to my setup for easy access, rather than in my basement with my Xbox and TV. Thanks!
  7. Is it worth trading in/selling my New Nintendo 3DS XL for a Nintendo Switch when it comes out? Is it worth selling the console? I can get $100 for trading in, and up to $150 by selling on Craigslist/eBay. Thanks!
  8. Is the Modmic 4 good for making YouTube videos? I am looking to start a channel and I would like to know if it has good enough quality that the audio would be clear and okay to listen to. Thanks!
  9. I heard something about that with the unidirectional mic. Is it the same with the omnidirectional, or is the static lower/better?
  10. I was looking to get a microphone for online gaming and possibly making YouTube videos, and I am nearly out of space on my desk, so a Modmic would be a great option for me (I already have a pair of Bose QC 15s). However, the Modmic 4 is only $40-50, and the 5 is around $70. Is the modmic 5 really worth the extra cable management options, slightly better sound quality, etc., or should I get the cheaper Modmic 4? Thanks!
  11. How well can Planet Coaster run with an i5-6500 and a GTX 1060 6gb and 8 gigs of RAM? I know this meets the minimum requirements but sits below recommended. How can I expect the game to run on my system?
  12. Can a GTX 1060 and an i5-6500 run the Witcher 3 at Ultra while still maintaining respectable frame rates (50-60 fps)? I would just like to know. If not, what setting should I run it at to get that desired frame rate? Thanks!
  13. Hello! I want to get into esports but I don't know where to start. I really like Rocket League, so tell me, what news is there for matches to watch on Rocket League soon?
  14. I'm building a new PC. Should I get dual RX 480's or one GTX 1070?
