Well that H60 is pretty expensive for sucha  basic cooler.  Any other 240mm AiO or 6-heatpipe air cooler would be a lot better, and probably cost less.
Were that many of the components in the list I made not available in Portugal?

From PCDIGA and GlobalData, I was able to throw this together based on what it seemed like you wanted:

The Ion is a much better PSU that the Aorus P That H60 is a weak cooler for how much it costs.  this one will work better an cost less This motherboard is an excellent choice for 200e You could get any of the monitors you want.  I did not see that Lenovo one, just get that instead of the one I have on the parts list. Do you really think you need the 8-core?  If so, go ahead, but I think the 7600x would be a good way to save yourself about 140e and still work identically.  Most CPU benchmarks are done at 1080p with settings on low, so small differences in framerate in those benchmarks usually will never ever show up in real gaming. Any of those monitors are fine, I could not find them but if you can go for it.

It wwill run a lower frame rate on 1440p, but with these GPUs, the framerate will already be extremely high.  They are extremely fast.
At some point, a higher framerate becomes meaningless, and a higher resolution becomes much more valuable than a higher framerate.  I promise you that 1440p 165Hz looks WAY better thhan 1080p240Hz.  But frankly with a 7900xtx a lot of games are gonna be doing 1440p240Hz anyway, just depends on what.
No.  The difference between the ryzen 5 and ryzen 7 is just core count.  It's the same core.  Being 'CPU-bound' in the way you are referring to has more to do with the speed of the core than the core count.  A hyperthreaded 6-core is as many cores as any game needs.

I mean that 7600X is a slot in. If you wanna compress it further the only way to go is 13500 with DDR4 set. 13500 is basically a locked 13600K so on boost they perform basically the same. Compared to 7600X in raw gaming? They do lose out a bit.

For 1080p240 this would be the redline build on it. Or just go for @Queen Chrysalis build and drop-in 7800X3D or 8800X3D later on with a cooler when that became a thing.

For your budget, there is no reason not to get a 1440p system.  You will be in love with how clear everything looks. The monitor is the most important piece of a gaming PC, so there's no point in getting a nice PC for a cheap monitor and having your games look basic.

This GPU should be able to play everything at ultra 1440p very high framerates.  You really can't get anything faster than this, other thana 4090 which is way, way more expensive for a modest gain:

Id say 13700k (I dislike F sku CPUS since IGPU can be quite useful) depending on the pricing in your country. Always comes down to the pricing of the CPU, Motherboard in your area. If the 7700x is a lot cheaper, go with that, if the 13600k/13700k is cheaper, go with that.

PSU just get a good quality 850W.

7900XT for 1080p is  kinda silly, but you do you. Hope you have a 240hz/360 hz monitor cause otherwise its pretty much wasted.

Intel does not "dominate" gaming, especially if you consider the price. A $200 Ryzen chip will wipe the floor with a $200 Intel chip in basically all scenarios, including gaming.

Also, why would you buy a motherboard before a CPU?

System used was besides the CPU/GPU:
    - PSU Corsair RM750x
    - G.SKILL Trident Z 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3600MHz CL16
    - Motherboard Asus ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming
Both cards was provided by ASUS. Not sure what model but they aren´t reference models, they are OC I guess.

Not sure what cooling was used or how exactly was benched but he is pretty good, works alote with notebookcheck. Its a nice guy, he only gave me his data and I had to select it from, wasn´t easy since I had to select, create it. It also had  1% Low score but well, that would give me alote more work. The funny thing is that AMD suffers  alote more from 1% in the i7 that in the i5 series, anyways, as u said, its pretty what expected, AMD games will run AMD better, but I call this draw in terms of performance, all depends what games ppl play!

A side note, its funny how CPU can handle at 160€ price diference pretty close to each other. Gona try to compare with AMD. Alote works awaits me ?
But if I had to choose I would get a i5 9600K but if money is a thing, I belive the AMD 3600 or i5 9400F wouldn´t bottleneck the RTX 2070 Super or Rx 5700 XT.

I do belive that the AMD cards are getting better, he used the lastest drivers, he made some tweaks on the AMD side since he noticed some problems on the drivers.
Overall  with OC on the GPUs u get 5 to 10 FPS more, depending on what card.

Pretty much the same reason why I went with a 9600k. Plus the Mini-ITX boards were quite a bit more expensive here (don't remember exact numbers tho).

Anyhow, I'm happy with my Gigabyte board and the system in general.
120mm AIO is kinda useless, might as well get an air cooler and you might even get better temps. Unless you really like the aesthetics of an AIO.
3000rpm fan is going to be loud.
For the SSD, you could also consider ADATA XPG SX8200 or just go with a SATA SSD. Games do not benefit from NVMe drives very much. I'm not sure if the A2000 is very reliable. Plus it loses a lot of it's speed when writing a lot (pretty much to SATA SSD level).

EDIT: I am not sure about the OC capabilities though, did not check which motherboard can OC better (better VRM and power delivery).

jaydeltaa reacted to jj9987 in PC Build (Mini-ITX) for Gaming 1080p&1440p
I have the Gigabyte board. When I was choosing for a Mini-ITX motherboard, I went with Gigabyte due to better audio chip, Intel LAN (eww Realtek on the MSI board).

But have you considered Ryzen at all?

What is your performance target? My friend uses a Ryzen 5 2600 for his 144 FPS gaming rig, works pretty great. Did you perhaps have slow ram?

while portugese pricing is a little different from US, the 9600K does not command a lot more gaming performance over the 3600 while it has a pretty hefty price increase, and you do not get hyperthreading. the difference in performance between Intel and AMD right now is so tiny you won't notice it.

I did recently bought a Case and a new GPU to pair with my 2700X.

Sadly, the GPU overheats like hell, it doesnt has almost 0 space between the "line in blue" and the GPU"...

I get will 3DMark 11 to 92ºC with no OC at all...

So what can I do? I was looking at the case and I can maybe (or not) cut the blue line so that I get better airflow?!
And my frontal 200mm isn´t yet working do the lack of motherboard 4 Pin fan place.... but I gona solve it with a splitter...
