Sorry, I should've been more clear. What I meant is, that I don't know if you'll be able to go below 60% with one of the chassis fan header. You should try that out, before you buy a PWM controller. A powered PWM controller would definetily make sense here.

If its a white murky appearance, my principle guess in this case (since you are not using soft tubing) is bacterial growth. With the given information of the lack of any biocide or anticorrosives (tier 3, according to my list anyway), I can only assume that biological growth may have taken hold in the 6% propylene glycol.

Oh my bad ! Was so excited I forgot to say what fixed it ! A super rookie, silly mistake ! This plastic washer was on the other side before ( for all 4 posts ) causing a 1-2 mm gap, so the paste was still spreading , just not making good contact ? I read the instructions too fast ? but it's a learning experience ! I also, never thought to check that when remounting the first 2 times !

They are indeed ! I like them, havnt had any leaks in the 3 times I had to take the loop apart ?, I got them in a kit: Thermaltake Pacific c360 Hard Tubing kit.

I didn't have much experience in what parts to choose I I opted for where they do it for you ?

I will say this: they give you just enough fittings for a closed loop, with no drain, though with the way I did my loop, I just undo the bottom fitting and it's a perfect drain point. The fittings themselves are super easy to use, though I also don't have a point of reference for other fittings !

Nice! Glad it's all working out
If you don't mind my asking, what was the issue?

Thanks! Got it all figured it out, and my temps are solid ☺️ 5.1GHz with max temp of 67° ?

You'll be fine, if the chip gets too hot then it will throttle (as you saw) or the computer will shutdown completely to protect itself, unless you purposely modified something to disable this temperature protection then you'll be fine.

Unless you disabled the feature, it didn't hit thermal shutdown. When you hit that point, you know you have serious issues.
Extended use at those temperatures isn't going to be good for it, but I doubt that the relative short period of time has done any substantial damage.
Get it sorted as best you can, check your mounting pressure/seating, water flow,  those aren't temperatures i'd be comfortable with.

If leak tested properly it shouldn’t experience any issues given the bass isn’t shaking the whole house as is. Finger tight for fittings plus an extra 1/8 to 1/4 turn is more than enough.

The main thing I would be concerned about is any HDD that may be in the system as excessive vibration is not good for them.
