It's Ebay, if you don't get a 2700X, and there wasn't a caveat you missed in the ad, you'll get your money back.

...what? You don't need to be so rude man.. I've had plenty of times where I posted a question pertaining to my (Non spoilerized) signature (Containing my system specifications) and those who replied still asked me for my specs. @Princess Cadence was simply stating it for those who dont look at sigs.

I personally do allot of workstation tasks that utilize all my threads. So even if it's not much better in gaming, if its equal and does better when rendering videos and other multi-threaded tasks I'd be fine. Even if Cinebench only measures compute which games need more than, its still going to have a perf improvement to their last gen by a pretty nice margin.

Yup. If you can wait a few more months, Ryzen 3000 series will be out, and will be even better! You can even buy the full system now, and when they come out buy the new  cpu, and sell off your old one

the ryzen 5, but since you bring up a more pricy intel cpu, the ryzen 7's are even better

2600x is better for streaming because of the extra threads.

you could potentially be better off with ryzen 5 2600 due to it having 12 threads if you can find it cheaper, however the 8400 would be fine for that workload

for the same power draw of an R9 390X you can run a pair of RX 480s

It should be fine, 720p60fps is really easy to stream via x264, and you might be able to use AMD VCE to stream but idk if APU's have it..

1080p60-144 is the most common, 1440p144 would be more expensive, as I've even considered upgrading my GTX 1080 because I cant reach 144fps in every game.. Such as Apex Legends (Unless I use minimum settings which is disgusting)

Different quality of flash memory, and similar to SSD's, over-time and with lots of writes they will start to substantially slow down. (correct me if I'm wrong)
