Right click on image -> Open with -> Explorer.exe freezes and does this with the hotbar, I tried capturing it but it didnt work :(

Windows just sucks apparently

    I've had some weirdness with explorer as well but it only happened when I had a VM open and it went away after a restart.

    @Cyberspirit restarting every few hours is a little annoying.

    @Cyberspirit Even with clean installs, with every update or install of windows 10 I've ever used, it always happens.
