onedrive used to upload at about 500mbps, now its actually hard capped at 30mbps, but no cap is active.
fast.com is fine, speed.googlefiber.net is fine
speedtest.net to a server I previously got 940/940 to is giving me this:

It's like something is capping me for select services.
Steam is fine, downloading at 80-90 MB/s

    same problem here, but i only get 1.8 MB/s, wile i have 75MB/s for everything else on my pc, but my other pc with a worse internet gets to 5MB/s, it's driving me mad

    @Guillaume_L I fixed the problem awhile back, it was Logmein Hamachi. If I remember correctly, I had to do a windows reinstall even after uninstalling Hamachi.
