well, since it's not your work no reason other than "I have legal consent which I can prove" is going to fly. Thing is, I don't really know how they moderate or judge that stuff so if you've gotten off before it's probably because whoever is moderating you is either nice or just doesn't care. But like I said, I don't really have much experience with Youtube's copyright program

fuck youtube...alternatively if you really wanted to upload it on the net you could try bitchute.  They are far more lenient about stuff like this.

@LordOTaco I mean, one with a similar feature-set to YouTube, that will also grab Google's attention (and possibly force them to consider revoking some of the crappy policy)...

While its not as big I do see bitchute developing its features they just added autoplay and playlists a few weeks ago and have been improving little by little.  Of course the bigger problem will be when people Google video sharing I doubt they will ever add it to their results not to mention if you link it in the video description of youtube videos you get a strike for violating their "ToS"
