  1. I contacted LG, or atleast, the official importer that represents LG in here - they want me to pay for the repairing of the phone, and said the repair is replacing the motherboard of the device. Guess I will just have to buy a new one : <
  2. Haha, there's always a bright side : ) I am confused now haha
  3. Oh I get it( think I do atleast). Thanks pal!
  4. I'll try that, will message here if anything interesting happens I am sure to consider that option! Unfortunatly though, I am from the middle-east, so the prices are going to be less attractive in here. But still, sounds dreamy : )
  5. Thank you for the fast reply! Although I was hoping for some better news. Oh well. You have any specific device that you can recommend?(Price is not an issue). Thanks fast reply, is there any mobile device you can recommend? So basicly, RIP G4? Nope. Dead as a brick. By the way folks, I'd really want to say I am surprised by the community. I am here to stay for sure!
  6. Hello there LinusTechTips forum, I just opened up my forum user - was a puny youtube follower until now. I have an issue with my LG G4 : Today, I was casually using it, and while using it the screen froze for a good minute, and afterwards it shut down(by itself). I tried to boot it up afterwards, and it did the LG icon with the sound and all, however the screen turned black afterwards. I couldn't get a single response from the screen ever since, even while plugging the phone to the charger - I also tried to hard reset the phone by pulling the battery out of the phone and then place it back - with no avail. Is the phone fixable? Should I even bother fixing it, or should I just buy a new one? Thanks ahead, appreciate the effort : )
