  1. I would get a new PSU for sure. And maybe get a modular/semimodular one. They cost just slightly more but it will look much nicer. A SSD might be a good upgrade for the future. For the cable management: I would not get any sleep if my PC looks like that but that's just me as s.o. who likes the aesthetics of a well ordered and build PC. For pure gaming it is perfect
  2. After their last successfull kickstarter campaign it seems like Pebble will be bought by Fitbit. There is nothing officially announed yet but it seems to be quite likely. As a kickstarter backer of the time 2 I am quite worried. The backers might get a product which will be not supported in the near future. Next to the other smart watches pebble was one of the best alternatives. I hope this will be not the end! Source: http://www.theverge.com/2016/11/30/13802996/fitbit-buy-pebble-deal-reportedly-close
  3. Black PCB looks nice. But the overall look is a little boring. Not sexy. Maybe add a big black aircooler, a big GPU und nice RAM and it doesn't look so empty or boring any more. Might be a good basis
  4. Everybody knew that this was coming. But the problem is how. Without letting the user choose what they want to share or if they want to connect. Everybody who wants that should be allowed to do so. But the people who don't want to should hava a choice. I am sure the US or other countries outside the EU will not do anything against this. Seems like just the EU likes giving Facebook and Whatsapp a hard time
  5. (Bild: dpa, Martin Gerten) Hamburgs data protection commissioner forbids Facebook to exchange or save data from German Whatsapp users. Already saved or exchanged data must be deleted. In Germany around 35 million people use Whatsapp. The commissioner says that all user should be able to decide on their own if they want to connect their Facebook with their Whatsapp. Right now users were just able to not get personalized ads or friend suggestions. The mobile number was shared anyways. Rough translation: (A Facebook spokeswoman explained that the social network adheres to european law. "We are open to cooperate with Hamburg's data data protections agency to clarify their questions and to remove any concerns" If the data exchange between Whatsapp and Facebook will be stopped by now was left open by the spokeswoman.) German data protection is very strong and will be. The personal rights of the individual will be nearly always more important than companies interests. This will be the first step to stop Facebooks plans for data gathering. We will see if the European Commision wil also take care of this case. 6. ok But i would still recommend you get more of that SSD space. Loading times of programs, games and overall startup is faster. And the bigger the SSD gets the faster it will be. Just play GTA 5 with HDD and SSD und you will know The rest looks good im my eyes. Just rethink the storage and the second 1080. Save that Money for a upgrade later:)
  7. Get rid of one 1080, one is enough for that resolution. Take that money and get more SSD or HD space. I promise you if your purpose is gaming that 250GB are full before you even finished the build
  8. Maybe optimize the temperature curves in your fan settings. Maybe they are going nuts when it is a little warm. Try to find the right balance between noise level and not getting a shutdown pc from overheating. Other thing you can do is as already mentioned get a beefier cooler for your CPU. If new fans do the trick i don't know. I have the same fans as you on my AiO liquid cooler and they are quiet. But if they ramp up to full rpm they get really loud. So try to optimize first, then change if needed.
  9. I would suggest you learn Javascript. Use it with some HTML. You can see directly what you are doing, you need no special programs. Just a text editor and a browser. You can even start to do some things in the console of your browser. Later you can use this for a lot of different uses. I started with Java and C#. Later Javascript. Maybe I am biased but learning JS was most fun.
