  1. What do you mean connectors I tried both of the 6 pins and there's only one pci slot
  2. After I fixed my problem and make sure everything is fine I will find a better cpu
  3. I'm working on it I got that cpu with a Costco built pc and I'm upgrading the first upgrade was the gpu and psu
  4. So I ran a game and it just turned off nothing worked on my pc just the monitor and it doesn't turn back on, so I took out the gpu and then it works now and I am pretty new with computers
  5. OK so nothing is wrong but I have another question that isn't answer from other post what should I do to keep my gpu from not working again because the first gpu I got worked for 30 mins and then it just doesn't work so I returned it so I'm getting a replacement and I want to know what way I can prevent thing again. My specs are Intel core i3 2120, some hp motherboard and 500w psu evga
  6. So a while ago I got a evga gtx 950 sc+ and I installed drivers from the windows update thing and then my graphics card stop working and I got it exchanged for a new one. My pc is currently on Intel HD 2000 integrated and I don't know if the evga gpu drivers is still there, but my question is if it's still there the drivers would it still work if I get that new same gpu or do I have to reinstall
  7. I do remember having cam and Temps were like 40 to 50 or something playing csgo and idle is 30 what should I do just to be safe and not fuck it up again
  8. So what happen was I ran my new graphics card and install drivers and it worked for 30 mins right. And then I ran a game and it unexpected shut off. It was black screen and I tried to turn them back on but it doesn't work so I open my pc and took out the Gpu and now it works, I don't know the problem is it the Gpu or and if it is I returned the Gpu and I'm getting a new one right. I want to know if it's the Gpu or psu or motherboard. My graphics card is evga gtx 950 sc+ and psu is evga 500w and motherboard is some kind of hp thing because it's an prebuilt pc for Costco. When I get my Gpu I'm checking if my motherboard is a problem by if it doesn't work again or if the psu isn't enough, and I don't want to have the same problem so any ideas before the Gpu breaks again.
  9. The psu is actually quite new evga 500w but like the pc works without the gpu in and when I put the gpu in it doesn't turn off, I don't know if it's the psu, gpu or even motherboard because my motherboard is a old one from a Costco pc
  10. I am new to this so I don't know how to replace thermal paste and my motherboard has only one pci e slot
  11. So I recently bought a refurbished evga gtx 950 sc+. I put it in a 2011 pc from hp with a evga 500 w psu and everything was working fine. I installed the drivers I installed cam to see my temps and fps and ran csgo for a bit. But then I ran payday 2 it loaded change some settings started a heist and then boom just instantly turned off. I tried to turn on my pc and it wouldn't work. So I removed the graphics card and now it works. I am extremely new to pc and I don't know the problem or what solution I should take. I am going to give the graphics card to my friend to test out if its my psu or the graphics card. I would like to replace it but then I have to waste money on shipping and duties fees. Any thought on my situation
