Source 1 Source 2 Huawei is fighting back against the US ban, calling it, "Trial by legislature". They filed their suit against the Ban today, calling for the US judicial system to throw out some parts of the ban due to them being illegal per the US constitution, since there's no evidence and it gives Huawei no chance to fight back against the ban. They also held a press conference on the 29th (today) stating their position and how they feel it could impact the tech community as a whole. What do I think? Huawei is right. Even ignoring the fact that they may have ties to the Chinese government, there's no support, no evidence, "...no gun, no smoke...". It will set a dangerous precedent going forward and has the real danger of becoming a situation where China bans US companies from doing business with Chinese companies, which would hurt the US way more than it hurts China. Speaking in terms of telecom, Huawei is trying to be a leader in 5G infrastructure and the fact that they can't do that without being able to buy US items, hurts the entire world. Until the US/ANY government agency provides evidence, they shouldn't be cut off from consumers being able to purchase their devices.

If you're looking at this, you're a Saint and I'll cut to the chase: I just liquidated my PC since I have an 8086k lying around back from Intels giveaway earlier this year. So I'm going to be buying this motherboard (buying it for that Sweet Thunderbolt 3 IO) and I'm looking at white cases for this motherboard to call home. I'm doing white since I prefer the look and also I'm being cute by having a white case like my wife. I can spend around $100USD, but with the Techie's Holiday (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) right around the corner, the Bang for the Buck is gonna be a Lot better, so I will gladly keep my eyes on several cases in order to get the best one. My biggest conflict thus far is deciding how white + silver will look together, and would love anyones input in this regard. Other than that, I'm buying in the US, system will be air cooled however I can upgrade from my Hyper 212 if necessary for thermals, otherwise go crazy with recommendations.

I'm looking into getting a Raspberry Pie in order to do a Magic Mirror. I already have all the supplies except for a Raspberry Pie. Just wondering what I need to look for in one in order to use it for the project. I know it has to have a display port, but other than that I'm going into this blind, any and ALL help will be greatly appreciated! Will post pics during the process and the final build!

Wow thanks a lot! Would you recommend plasti-dip or spray painting for my first mod? And in terms of the Corsair logo, I'm concerned since its not a metal plate like the other keyboards, but a translucent emblem (either part of the main face plate or separate) over an led (in the RGB version at least).

Cool, so just take apart, standard sanding and such, painting and replacing keycaps, then reassembly, right? I want also planning on painting over the 2 top right buttons, but would like to know what to do for the top left logo, if it's on the chassis?

I know I looked at the Corsair Strafe, would that one be simple? It didn't look too complicated.

Having an incredibly difficult time finding an RGB white mechanical keyboard that uses Cherry's, or even Kalih's to be honest. Which RGB mechanical keyboard is the easiest to mod, painting as well as replacing keycaps, which is the easier part I'd imagine.
