  1. okay so i have the cpu to 22 and bclk to 173, QPI set to 5542 cpu voltage set to 1.3 but bios is saying current voltage is 1.304 IMC voltage is set to 1.2 but bios is saying current voltage is 1.240 ram is set to 9-9-9-24 at 1384 1.6 volts cpu is running at 3.80 with hyperthreading on and idle temps are 45 to 46 while load temps are maxing out at 83
  2. my bad forgot to mention this is with hyper threading turned off
  3. should i use the x.m.p profile or do it manual ?
  4. Motherboard : ASUS P7P55D PRO Ram : Hyperx 8gb 1333 PSU : Corsair cx600 CPU : I7 860 2.80 CPU cooler : antec h20 620 GPU : 780TI SC I have been looking at guides for overclocking to either 3.80 or 4.00 but its either on a different board and its a diff bios. I was playing around with it yesterday and was able to get 3.80 with 21 183 vcore 1.3 and imc were 1.212 ram was set to 1600 usimg x.m.p profile but sine i raise the blp it went to over 1800 so i had to select 1498. sorry if this is all confusing what i said im new to overclocking and this is a little project of mines in which i want to play around with.
  5. So a few days ago i had problems with my gpu 780ti the one with the stock blower fan cooler where i would get no nvidia panel or windows does not detect it. So i decided to flash its bios not doing enough reseach i made the mistake of flashing it with the 780ti SC bios instead of the normal 780ti bios. So far the card is now working but this is worrying me a bit. Should i be concern about anything?
  6. I did a clean install i was reading on youtube and a person was having the same problems but what they did was get the older version of the gpu drivers and not let windows install to the new creators version. Right now im about to install windows 7 and see if the problem prosist
  7. Hey guys while i was playing Path of excile on my pc, My pc went to the blue screen of death and then retarted. Upon restarting after the bios screen and going to the windows loading icon screen the little circles made 2 rotations then stuck midway, while being stuck my keyboard and mouse loses power and then the monitor loses signal and shuts off, After 20 seconds when this happens everything comes back on and i'm at the windows login screen which i can login and go straight into my desktop. When i enter my desktop im promt with nvidia saying this display is not connected to a nvidia card and precisionX saying no hardware detected. PC: Amd Atlon 760x quadcore GTX 780TI Samsung Evo 120GB 2 HyperX Kingston DDR3 Memory 1333 Msi FM2-A85XA-G65 Corsair CX600 PSU With This Cpu it requires you to have a gpu for it to be able to display and it will not display without a gpu So far i've reinstalled the os to see if it fixes the problem and nothing. i also be sited the GPU and same problem occurs i also placed it into a different PCIE sloth. All this Happen 3 days after the windows creator Update. I did also take out the Gpu to inspect it to make sure there is no damage on it and there was none. Things i did : Reinstalled OS Inspect Gpu For damages Resit the Gpu Up date Gpu Drivers Flash Bios Disconnected all power sources and held down the power button for 5 minutes I don't know if my Gpu just died because if it is dead by would it still be able to display? and when looking at bios etc it lists the gpu as windows basic display driver. The next thing i want to do is carry it by a cafe and see if it works in other systems to make sure that its not dead etc, atm i dont have another card to say that i can test that card and know that other cards work fine. This is my first time having this problem and ive kinda hit a wall and asking for you guys help i did google this problem and no luck
  8. Yesterday i came home from class, turned on my pc saw the bios then login screen, login and was at the desktop. I went to wash my face came back and my monitor, keyboard and mouse was off . I was asuming that the pc was in some sort of sleep mode or something so i jiggle the mouse a little and nothing during this time the tower was running. I restarted the pc to see if it will fix and nothing i get the successful boot deep and thats it. It shows harddive activity on the harddrive indicator and i realize that my internet cable that normal binks the orange light and green light were no longer doing this. This is the first time this has happen to me, PC was working fine for 8+ months until now.
  9. So im got my old gtx 780ti to a sable 200+ on both Mem and Gpu and its been running for about a day. Can the card be pushed further or im i pushing it too much?
