Try disabling all your fps counters except the Doom ingame one.

Input the same timings that are on the sticks manually instead of using DOCP

Take a look at the timings on the ram stick and just input them manually in the UEFI. Try this?

My bad, didn't notice.

I see very slight amount of tearing and it doesn't matter to me, I'd rather just stick with not using it at all, since It can still increase input lag by a small amount.

Nevermind, after doing this and alt tabbing back and forth it snapped and isn't running at low refresh rates anymore, i guess it's just one of those times when computer is being a prick and somehow fixes itself.

Go easier with the CPU and get a better GPU, the 12 thread 1600 will be enough. As i said, i've streamed with an Ivy-Bridge i5 with good framerates and quality stream!

You shouldn't really use that site, its pretty bad.

The only difference is the clockspeed, the 3770 (non s) is better.

They can only use bequiet! parts as much as possible and their coolers don't support AM4.
