Yeah ill get on it nothing changed from the settings so ill have to reset windows thanks for the help ill let you know how it goes

I texted cranking down all the settings to see if it would change anything but its not looking to good

I'm using an x4 860k and an egg 750 ti. Even though its not the most powerful its still should be able to play the game. Right now I'm using default settings (low-med 2x anisotropic filter) and I'm getting 12 for but the boggle g thing is my cpu is of to 4.3Ghz and only running at 2.54Ghz at 60% and my gpu the core clock is 823 mhz mem is at 1315 and mem clock is 2700. Why are they so low? (Gpu went up as I took the picture then went back down)

I run a minor youtube chanel and i havent found a good video editor that doesnt leave a watermark. Ive tried davinci resolve but i have weird stability isues and the sound is super broken (supposedly from uneven framerates) and i just cant find anything. Any help would be appreciated

I'm looking to upgrade my pc but im unsure on what to upgrade here's my specs to help. CPU: AMD X4 860K @ 4Ghz GPU: 750TI HDD: WD Blue 1TB PSU: Cooler Master 550w RAM: 8GB @ 1600Mhz just looking for some suggestions on what to upgrade with $500 but not sure so anything helps.

That can be it but i have had the game be able to run on a higher resolution before at 60 but now no matter what settings im at its only 35 if im lucky
