You sent it direcly to Corsair? I bought mine from a local electronics store which gave me a 3 year warranty from them.

I got the RM750x because it was advertised as a "premium" PSU and also because of that 10 year warranty

Hi, I was playing Civ 5 when suddenly my PSU made a loud bang. The PC turned off and the psu started to smell burned, the PC still booted to BIOS after that but I forced shutdown because of the smell. I'm afraid to turn it back on since it might destroy my other components. Im not sure if it was just the surge protection or if it just blew up. Is it safe to boot up or should I get another PSU just in case?

Hi, I'm not sure if these temperatures are right, like I have a feeling that there is some kind of a problem. The CPU is overclocked to 4,7ghz and the temperatures on the cores are jumping quite a lot imo. I don't know if it's due to the overclock (my 1st time overclocking a cpu) so can anyone of you tell me if there is a problem. Thanks.
