do you have any Mobo reccomendations on with that cpu and, is the cpu degrade a big deal? and is it faster than my previous i7-5820k

Recently my CPU (i7-5820k) fried, I was thinking of getting an i7-8700k(will be air cooled), but yet to find which motherboard. Currently, my build has a Gtx 980, 4X4 vengeance Corsair DDR4 RAM. I was reading up somewhere and it was saying my GPU was not compatible with the CPU? so what i am asking is: Is my GPU compatible with the CPU? What Motherboard should i get? (max150$)? Is my RAM Ok for the build? and for more info, the computer will be used for playing games mainly league, pubg, fortnite. It will also be used for streaming, and video editing.

i have not put it up for sale yet im currently looking into how much i can sell it for and where to sell it. thank you for the tips i was thinking i could get around 1500$ for it aswell but wasnt sure it cost me 2300 at the time.

Does anyone know of any wireless speakers that can be played via bluetooth. But they neeed to be able to play the same songs at the same time (Around 5 or more speakers needed) or differents songs at different times. Price does not matter

i still dont undersand what the problem is because everything works fine when i play on my laptop but when i play on my PC the ping goes super high! (the server is in germany and im in england)

I have just built a new PC and whenever i play league of legends or a game like that my ping goes through the roof, the thing is the ping is fine on my laptop, I have a Asus AC-56 wireless internet dongle. please help
