You don't "instal" XMP. You're probably talking about XTU.

I do not recommend overclocking through software in the OS. If I was you, I would go into your BIOS and tweak settings there.

I mean, I understand why battleeye requires driver signing enforcement, but wow.

Microsoft support is also not known for their ability to solve even the most trivial of problems....

Have you checked temps under load, could easy be a bad connection to cpu from the heatsink and it's down clocking to avoid damage
