  1. Hi, I upgraded my CPU around four weeks ago to an i5-7600 and yesterday I starting getting console levels of frame rates in my games. While playing games CPU usage stays very low and the speed of my processor goes down to around 1 GHz. When at idle my CPU cores are around 75-85 degrees. What could be causing this issue? All power saving settings are fine.
  2. TL;DR: My drivers wouldn't update so I uninstalled them and now they wont install. When I upgraded the processor in my PC my graphics card (GTX 1060) decided to only output to one monitor and my graphics card stopped showing up in Device Manager and Task Manager. So I tried to update my graphics driver but it wouldn't work so I tried a couple more times, restarted before each attempt. Every time I tried it temporarily made my graphics card show up in Task Manager and output to both my monitors and then fail updating everything and return to a state of my graphics card not being recognised by Task Manager or Device manager. So I uninstalled my graphics drivers and like before they wont install again. Here's a screen shot: https://i.imgur.com/yOmPqBL.png Any help is appreciated thanks.
  3. Thanks for the reply, plugging the CPU in gets my computer stuck in a boot loop. I tried my i3 and it let's me get to the BIOS so it looks like I got a dead CPU. Thanks for your help.
  4. My motherboard isnt outputting any video through HDMI, not the splash screen or anything. I was upgrading my PC from an i3-6100 to an i5-7600 and adding in a fan. Before i did this everything worked perfectly but after I finished putting in all the new components my PC: - Wouldn't output any video at all through both the graphics card's DP and DVI or the motherboard's HDMI. - Would get stuck in a boot loop when turned on. - Wouldn't get stuck in a boot loop if I unplugged the ATX_12V. So I decided to unplug all the components to see if the motherboard would output video with just its power plugged in. When I did this with only the long power conecter it turns on but doesn't display any splash screen or anything still. Pressing delete to get into the BIOS doesn't make a difference. So now I'm typing this on my phone. Any help his appreciated, thanks. Also if you come up with a working solution I guess I can pay you five bucks or something.
