I have an ASUS ROG G750JX gaming laptop. The hinges that hold the screen upright have separated from the computer, as you can see in this gif. As well, the keyboard seems to be loose (gif), and the screen frame became partially separated as well (gif).
ASUS has responded by saying they don't have the necessary pieces to repair the computer, and so I'm left to do it myself.
However, I don't have the tools nor knowledge necessary to open up and/or repair a computer.
So I come to you for help. Where should I get started? Should I buy a repair kit of some kind?
Some important details.
The computer is over 3 years old.
I live in Mexico, so buying from Amazon isn't easy.
A few small pieces of plastic have fallen from inside the frame, so some physical damage has taken place.
I will be more than content with being able to make the computer mobile again.
