That card will work with your board, but it will be limited to PCI Express 3.0 speeds. What resolution are you looking to run? what is your processor and current GPU? There is a good chance that your current CPU will bottleneck a 3060, but it will probably be a decent jump in FPS until you can upgrade everything else.

Not at all Stable Diffusion only uses the GPU
Pcie gen3 won't be an issue neither it's only on very high end cards

    sure,

    1. method - (easy - free) - setup dyndns, open port on your router, install openvpn, generate profile, setup vpn client on thin client and load the profile and connect
    2. method - (easy ) rent a vserver on a cloud provider (sometimes they offer vpn servers), set up vpn, and connect both devices to the vpn, then you can connect to either device from one another
    3. simple shitty method, open port on your host network, setup ssh on windows, accept only via key, connect the thin client via tunnel ssh -L, and forward the vnc port to a local port on the thin client and use it top connect per vnc. Ah ofc you need to have vnc on your windows

all above are just rough description of the methods, they are more complicated in detail, so watch a guide or read a tutorial or smth

or you could some software like teamviewer

What os does the think client run? That seems like just a low end pc to me.

Id probalby run linux on the thin client with something like parsec on here.

speed is ok, but id probably would edit video over it if you don't have to. Just less responsive, and a bit more latency.

I'm attaching picture of my monitor screen bleeding. In picture it looks much brighter than normal. Please take a look & please advice me. Should I go for replace or I should keep it ?

I upgraded from a gtx 645. Yes the graphics and frame rate vastly improved with the gtx 1060 even with it not boosting.

This is like 14th time my VGA cable does this shade. I changed 14 times just because of this shade. Even if I brought it gonna be shade again in few 2 to 3 months. Maybe it's time to change the monitor or buying DVI or HDMI to VGA adapter. By the way thanks for your reply, I'll try wiggling both end in VGA cable.

You are probably just hearing something called "coil whine" and its fairly normal in older PSUs and it can even be heard from some power hungry GPUs. Its totally safe. but im not 100% certain, since i cant turn on the sound on your video. Wait and see if someone else knows what it is.

Check performance for the games you think you want to play (which game engine they use...) and make your decision based on that...
Look at multiple videos and keep in mind clockspeed as well since this is most of where the performance difference can likely come from between the two cards.

Actually I threw together a system with a Z97-A and it runs 2x4GB at 1600 and 2x1GB at 1066, so I think there's a chance it'll just run the speeds at whatever jedec spec it can get away with.

Yep you can, but it will all run at one speed, probably 1333, but you can set it manually

Thats reading the speed off the chips profiles, not the current speed. Try changing the speed in the bios and those won't change.

Then idk, perhaps 1600 is all there is to it. I know that dynamic memory modes are pretty sophisticated but it's better to have the higher speed anyway.

RX 580 for the bit of extra VRAM, and driver features like image sharpening, and that over fps boosting thing.

Basically equal performance in gaming, so if the other features appeal to you like GeForce experience or Radeon Chill, you can decide based on that. If you only care about performance for your money, the cheaper of the two is the smart choice.

First off, why all the blank lines? That was in no way helpful.

Second, that's a pretty silly generalization. It really depends on the model. It's true that the 580 uses a little more power than the 1060, but after market coolers and the built in VBIOS are what will primarily determine how much noise each model makes.
