Have you tried re seating your krakan? Make sure it is seated properly, and make sure your CPU is also seated properly. Sometimes when putting that on there you can accidentally move your CPU out of its slot just slightly and it wont boot.

Well for starters, your 4 pin CPU cable isn't plugged in. Triple check and make sure you didn't loosen any cables. Make sure your GPU is fully inserted. Does it boot up when you put your old graphics card back in?

Oils getting on the motherboard are okay if they are just from your hand. In my numerous PC refreshes I have done at work (swapping out HDD for SSD and adding 8gb of RAM) I have actually never grounded myself and I haven't had anything bad happen.

Something like a i5 8400 or a Ryzen 5 2600. An i5-8600K would be perfect too.

Yes that would be a bottleneck. You're CPU is maxed at 100% and I'm guessing doesn't move much? May be time for an upgrade.

I did that for years with a FX 8350 but it was quite a bit more than 5 watts lol. You will be fine. -
Try disabling fast startup. If that doesn't fix it then just boot into recovery and go back to a previous time when it was working or try a startup repair and see if it comes back with anything. Also weird thing I've come across, try unplugging everything from USB ports that is drawing power.

I live in my apartment alone other than my girlfriend that comes over but she doesnt know how to do that at all. It was called Dobson94 now it is Dobsonxx and the password is changed so is the Admin log in panel.

Uhm, my router changed its name and password randomly. And I can no longer log into it whatsoever. The internet however still works if I plug it directly into the modem but the router is still messed up. Please help.

Hello, A while back I had a program that would allow my mouse to go onto another screen while gaming without using alt tab. Like for instance, when a mouse was usable on my first monitor while playing a game, I could click on my second monitor in full screen and it would not alt tab out of the game. I CANNOT FIND THIS PROGRAM ANYWHERE. I have no idea what it was called or anything. I need a program similar and I wanted to see if you guys use any, or know of any. Thanks.

Well you can't download internet haha. But yes you can download websites and stuff or videos for say, and look at them later.
