im not really sure, but when i touch it, it feels like my finger/hand vibrates a lot and i have to remove it. right now i booted up my PC and it's not there, but it happens often

its not just a zap and it goes away, i think it's pretty consistent. as long as i have my hand on it, it keeps shocking without stopping

problem is as long as i keep touching it, it keeps shocking me. i dont think it stops

my computer keeps shocking me everytime i touch it (touch the top or sides, or even touch a plugged in flashdrive made of metal). how do i stop it?

1) an i5-6500 comes with its own cooler, you don't have to buy the Hyper 212 EVO at the moment. 2) an SSD is nice to have, but not necessary. Just save up and buy it when you can. 3) get an h110 motherboard for now, as they are very cheap, or a cheap b150. When upgrading to a 6600k/6700k sell it and the CPU, and buy a z170 motherboard. Now you have a computer roughly at 1k, sometimes high 900s.

I checked the geforce experience and it said i have the newest drivers, so I'm not really sure about it

It's a little bit weird to me. All my hardware is relatively newly purchased. I have an i5-6500, gtx 1060, 8 gigs of ram, etc. I'm not quite sure what it's about
