yeah I understand that BUT I can't plug any cables into uncles router he will only let her use WiFi

So I have a little problem. WiFi is on first floor and she is on third floor. Every floor has it's own electric box so Ethernet through outlet is not an option. And running any wire or extra antenna from router is NOT an option since uncle will let her use wifi but thats it. Is it possible to have some kind of antenna or outdoor WiFi card on balcony(since signal there is much stronger) and run Ethernet cable from that antenna/WiFi card to computer?

This is my situation. I have old Q6600 PC that is dead and I have like max.600€ for PC hardware. I was thinking about doing what Linus did with old server gear from eBay in video last year.I was thinking about GTX 1060 6GB (270€),240GB SSD(62€),1TB HDD(50€),PSU(50€) and I don't know what old server parts to get like CPU,RAM,Mobo. I wouldn't want huge bottleneck on GTX1060 ideally with no bottleneck(but I don't know if that is possible) I was thinking you guys can maybe help me?
