This is not a PC, but an old laptop . I'm trying to upgrade from window 7 to window 10 via window media creation tool, and choose the "Upgrade this PC" option. Everything was fine until i got to the "Making sure you're ready to install" part. It have been running for atleast an hour now. I have turn of window defender and firewall (the laptop doesn't have any third-party antivirus software) like people had said on the internet but nothing change. When i turn on Task Manager i discover that setuphost.exe doesn't use any % of the CPU, the how machine only use 1% of the CPU. I think this suppose to not happen because my PC only take 30 minute to do the whole process of uprading. Here the screenshot of it:
Please help i'm in a hurry and can't upgrade it with the usb method right now.
EDIT: the laptop is the Dell XPS 14 L421X, i7-3517U, 4GB of RAM, it have 111GB of free space in drive C.
