  1. I have updated my drivers and I the only thing that is taking the resources from my CPU is the game am currently playing. I think its because the game is badly optimized for PC tho so I dont think theres nothing I can do really. But thanks for the help!

It really depends on what you're doing. if you're gaming 8gb of RAM in a gaming rig is essential because of all the games that runs better when you have more RAM even though the 4gb stick has a faster clock rate. But if you're just casually watching YouTube videos and watch movies and stuff. You really only need a stick of 4gb RAM. But it boils down to what your doing.
