An X370 chipset motherboard instead of a B350

Any miner worth their salt is going to lower the voltage and clocks on the card because you can lower it quite far without affecting performance. It's the asshat that sticks 8 cards next to each other and then overvolts and overclocks to the max, thinking they get more money that is destroying their card.
 
Also, a GPU isn't a car, it doesn't have moving parts that wear down, it'll work until it breaks completely

For what use case? Probably the R5 1500X but that depends, although in almost all cases the 1500X is better. 

I'd choose the EVGA, First its Superclocked with a decent cooler (ACX 3.0)
And i'd really avoid the ASUS one, First, it wont boost as fast as the EVGA SC, and I'd really avoid this specific one because its a blower fan design, which are generally speaking, are bad coolers unless you have a specific use case for them (a very small form factor HTPC)
But if you're using a modern case, then definitely the EVGA one

It depends on which processor the stock cooler came from. If it was from a 95W TDP Intel part, it should be fine. But if was from anything lower, then you probably don't want to run anything heavy on the processor.
 
EDIT: If you ordered a i7-6700K thinking it comes with a cooler, it doesn't. But if you have another to use, then the above applies

6700 or 6700k? your post and title contradict.
 
if 6700, the stock cooler will be fine. if 6700k, it would be fine with a stock one but you couldnt(or rather, shouldnt) try to overlock.

mount the hdd properly, it isn't good for a hdd to be slightly crooked. also replace the psu, the one you have right now looks really dangerous.

I'm pretty sure a Pentium bottlenecks an RX 480, try finding a sweet spot between a weaker GPU and a stronger CPU
