Welp, updating server to 1.14.1 PaperMC sure helped with some of the issues that 1.14 was giving.  Still buggy on spots, but at least no more of the server complaining about getting behind on ticks.

 

Also, thank goodness for the chap that came up with this timing tool.

    No rush.  Slowly getting some more folks on the server.

     

    I am most likely going to need to move it over to a MChost provider or VPS at this rate.  Think my upload speeds are starting to cause issue when around 5+ folks are on it.

     

    If only I had a fiber connection.  :I

    What about 10Gbps? Are you already saturating that? Just curious...

    I don't have 10Gbps.

     

    I'm in the States.  I'm lucky enough that I have 500/50 Mbps as is.

    We should start developing a dedicated network IMO. Kinda tired of relying on the ISPs for everything...

     

    But startup costs are huge :|

    Good luck.

     

    You think the end point ISPs are bad.  Mess with the likes of L3 or the back bone ISPs.  The ones that control the border gate routers.

     

    Wonder how many folks realize that the protocols like TCP/UDP that the Internet uses where made by the US DoD.
