Is it ok if i use different GPUs for each vm? I think im going for an i7 since its on sale. For the memory is it ok to buy one 16GB RAM or should I buy two 8GB RAM? For the board im thinking of buying asus z170 mplus. Or is there any other board you can suggest?

Hi guys! Im going to upgrade my pc from amd to intel. Im going to use it for work and play games. Here's currently what i have in hand: -Samsung 850EVO 250GB -WD 1TB Black -FSP Aurum Gold 700W -Asus GTX960 OC Im planning to install vm on it too so that my nephew will stop bugging me to play games while i work. What CPU and Mobo should I use and how much RAM is needed if im going to install a vmware on it? I also heard that you need two dedicated GPUs if you want to build a 2 users 1 pc system. Should I buy one more gpu for it? Budget 800-1k USD Thanks un advance.
