  1. I always purchase the lowest, non-rebate option. PCPP even has a setting that only shows the lowest prices, excluding rebates.

  3. First, how long until the audio version? Also, I was planning on purchasing a Gigabyte 1070 except upon reading about all these people slobbing evga's knob, I bought their 1070 FTW. Thanks internet.
  4. Meh, it cost me $3.99 or something for the original. Not paying again for a game I really and truly didn't like. I was just wondering, thanks.
  5. Could I just mod the original game and end up having the same or similar experience?
  6. Zelda games are absolutely all about dungeons and puzzle solving. Literally the entire game. Anyway, I would look into Ocarina considering the fact that Nintendo just recently made that game a "Nintendo Select." Nintendo Selects are "classic" 3DS and Wii U games for $20. Not bad, I would start at that considering $20 hardly constitutes a major commitment. Also, the GBC Zelda games show their age these days. They seem like a nostalgia novelty, and I bought several. Purchase Ocarina for $20, although I would look at gameplay footage first considering that not knowing that these games are puzzlers strikes me odd. http://www.nintendo.com/nintendo-selects
  7. I got a 3DS and the age shows, it gets really low frame rates on Pokémon and the aliasing? Oh man. The Wii U, I felt, was the stupidest thing. Having a screen on the controllers and basing gameplay around that wasn't appealing and that shows. That is just my opinion, although one the market shared. It sold quite poorly and the games were few and far between. Combining the two devices also unifies the handheld and console operations at Nintendo which increases game output. I, like most fans, like Nintendo consoles for Nintendo games. Nintendo excels at handhelds, starting at the Gameboy and ending at the 3DS. Their products are successful. These days everyone has a smart phone, which fits inside your pocket. EVERYONE has a phone, even small babies inside the checkout line at the grocery store. Why would I want a second device inside my pocket? It feels awkward enough carrying a 3DS and a phone and I usually chuck my 3DS XL inside a bag anyway. I value having a large screen. I got a Oneplus 3 for that reason. I could now stream on the NS while laying down or visiting my mom. Anyway, the Nintendo Switch appeals since I really like the idea that I could just snatch up my console and instantly switch (LOL) into handheld mode. Awesome. I would also like saying a few things about the graphics processing. For starters, who cares about this thing matching your Xbox One or PS4 consoles. I assembled my gaming PC for a reason and it takes a dump on both the PS4 and Xbox One. People argue that they like consoles for various reasons and usually site 30fps being enough and how easy consoles are. Fair enough, except that very stance becomes your view about Nintendo consoles? That is some console peasant ass, fan-boy logic. Anyway, unless the previous Tegra chips are magically Pascal architecture, the Nintendo Switch implements a brand new and custom GPU based on Pascal and fits into the Tegra lineage. Exciting considering how awesome Pascal chips are, TDP and such. Also, note this: Nintendo already confirmed the handheld contains the main processor and internals. Still, it might just throttle for battery time AND heat while undocked, besides lowering the resolution for increased frame rate. That being said, it would seem very likely that the console switches profiles and ups the voltage a tad for the resolution bump while also allowing for increased temperatures. Also, being docked, battery stops being an issue and allows that increased voltage. Nvidia developed the software running the GPU, mybe it used GPU boost while docked? Seems cool, I would like one. 8. I was convinced the leaks were accurate, I was not surprised seeing how it turned out. Although, once I saw the PRO controllers and how large the screen is, they sold me on it. Who cares about 3rd party unless they plan on releasing unique and interesting games. I bought the components for and assembled a PC for a reason. I would hope that they release Pokemon Sun and Moon or the 3rd (Diamond, Pear, Platinum/Red, Blue, Yellow) for the NS. HYPE TRAIN. I would only want a Nintendo for Nintendo games. Had I wanted a dumbed down and inferior PC I would purchase a PS4 or Xbox One.
  9. Regular controllers? Portable and console? Acceptable graphics? SOLD.
  10. Game works fine for me on Windows 10 on a GTX 1070 and Ucrap. Also, the settings are before running the game. Click on the game and it gives two options, one for settings.

  12. Had the price been "free" and the cards are comparable. Sure, stick one inside the machine. Looking at that Linus video I posted... The results were that having one could boost your frames slightly, provided that, again, the cards are similar. Really, though, 5 frames? That was a A 1080, a 1080. and a third 1080 for the PhysX card. PhysX cards are a gimmick and a dumb idea.
  13. It just seems that the AA and AO are heavy draws on this particular game. It gave my 970 a hard time, hovering at 50fps until I turned off those settings. Runs fine on the 1070. I would still check your CPU and GPU utilization during the game.
  14. Well my 970 was having issues recently on my CX600m, the drivers would crash on Chrome or the Chrome based steam interfaces. I got a 1070, which has a superior TDP and requires decreased wattage.
