I mean, just for GTA V, Overwatch and Minecraft, even a 2060 should be plenty at 1440p. So I'd say you've got nothing to worry about with a 3070.

40-55 idle is normal operation from what I've experienced/read. Perhaps look up 1usmus ryzen power plan and see if that changes anything (should give a small improvement to performance too)

So I guess this is the only way you can install it then. Try unplugging ang plugging the pump, sometimes it helps. 

Can you get us a picture of the entire PC? Depending how the pump and radiator are mounted, it may be more or less susceptible to getting air in the pump which can make that noise. 

Hello, I heard that before when the pump was higher than the radiator. It was caused by air bubbles. I don't know which way you installed it, but it is generally recommended to have the pump lower than radiator (Gamers Nexus did a nice video about it).

Building off this :
8gb-16gb, doesnt need to be a very fast speed, just do the average speed for ddr3, perhaps ~1600mhz. For the GPU, depending on what you want to do you might want to get a slimmed-down rx570-590, gtx 1650S, or perhaps a smaller 5500-5600xt, any of those should work depending on what games you want to play, also depending on the resolution, target FPS, and game settings.

It should support all the RGB mumbo jumbo the AIO comes with, as well as the fans and pump. I don't see why it wouldn't work.

I can't say anything bad about the 3600.  I've built two systems for friends using at, and it's been great.  Especially now, with how often its on sale.
